Return Policy
Our Returns Policy timeframe is 14 days from when an order arrives at your address.
Customers will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Defective Item?
We will immediately send a free replacement pair for all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know in an email with a photo and we will provide a replacement pair immediately.
Change your mind or unsatisfied?
If you change your mind about your order once you placed it, we offer order cancelations up to 2 hours after you've placed your order.
After 10 hours has passed, you have the option to return your package for a full refund once it has arrived to you. If you are unsatisfied with your order within the 14 day refund timeframe, we offer full refunds or alternative options.
