COVID-19 NOTICE:
NOTE: Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed, but we are doing our best to ensure you get your products as close as possible to the timeframes below. Our fulfillment team is experiencing delays, so please know that despite delays in shipping confirmations, you will receive your glasses—that is our promise to you. Please do not contact us regarding your package unless it has passed your shipment timeframe by 10 or more days.
REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES
Every order within our main shipping countries (see below) will receive a shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped, which you can use to watch the item travel as we deliver it to you.
Once your order has been fulfilled, if you live in the United States you'll receive your order within 5-15 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
For Australia, Europe, and UK, you'll receive your new glasses in 10-25 days, with FREE tracked and insured shipping. For all other countries, you will receive your glasses within 15-50 days once the order has been fulfilled, and tracking availability and cost depends on your location.
